Welder

The person occupying the position of Welder & Fabricator shall be a Lead Resource and Trainer for a new Welder & Fabricator Specialist. He/she must also “ensure” that all materials, shop supplies & welding supplies are on hand to do work related per worksheet-blue order sheet instructions.

• Must be able to competently repair all farm implement items right the first time and in a timely manner
• Closes out worksheets and calculates billable hours on the one-page sheet
• Assists with physical inventory in the shop (painting & welding supplies), as required by supervisor – shop foreman
• Can operate all equipment safely and according to CFS policy and procedure
• Regularly contributes ideas to improve the production process and mentors new
• Welder & Fabricators and driver-helpers, as added.
